Meta Pharmacy Services ("Meta," "we," "us") operates metapharmacyservices.com (the "Site") as a business-to-business website for telehealth brands, clinics, and prescribers evaluating us as a compounding pharmacy partner. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about visitors to the Site.

This policy does not cover protected health information ("PHI") that Meta receives, holds, or transmits in its capacity as a covered entity under HIPAA. For that, see our Notice of Privacy Practices.

If you choose to opt in to receive text messages from us, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent, including the date, time, and method of opt-in.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you fill out our "Partner with Meta" form or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you submit — typically name, business email, phone, company, role, and a brief description of what you're looking for. Our form is hosted by HubSpot, Inc., which acts as our service provider.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect standard log information — IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps — through server logs, cookies, and similar technologies. We may use this information for analytics and to improve the Site.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 through the Site.
